Throughout the 3 sessions presented at the event, our guest speakers shared tons of insights regarding the importance of cybersecurity to drive business growth and innovation. The discussions were focused on the human element of cybersecurity and how infosec and IT leaders can help drive behavior change.

Subhajit is a cyber-security and data privacy leader with 18+ years of rich experience in leading and managing global information security, business continuity, risk management and data privacy programs. Subhajit has won several awards in the information and cyber security domain including the Top 100 CISO’s.
Shao Fei Huang
Singapore Computer Society Cybersecurity Chapter, President
As Chief Information Security Officer at Singapore’s Land Transport Authority (LTA), Shao Fei spearheads the cybersecurity programme across land transport. He is also concurrently Director for Cybersecurity and Director for Data Science, and oversees IT Governance & Strategy at LTA. He currently serves as President of the Cyber Security (CS) Chapter of the Singapore Computer Society.
Ellie Warner
Standard Chartered Bank, Global Head, Training and Awareness, Trust, Data and Resilience
Ellie leads the Chartered Bank’s Training and Awareness portfolio across Cyber, Data and Privacy, AI, Resilience and Third Party, as well as the Bank’s Cyber Skills Academy designed to cross skill and upskill the cybersecurity workforce. She joined SCB in 2015 as Global Head, Cyber Security Policy and Awareness.
Joseph Gan
V-Key, Co-Founder & CEO
Joseph is an experienced technologist and digital security pioneer who holds multiple patents. Prior to founding V-Key, he was Head of the Cryptography Lab in the Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (CSIT); R&D Manager at D’Crypt Pte Ltd; and IT Coordinating Officer for OCS Singapore Armed Forces. He designed the core technology which forms the basis for V-Key’s product suite.
Paul Hadjy
Horangi, Co-Founder & CEO
Paul Hadjy is the CEO and Co-founder of Horangi, a Singapore-based cybersecurity company that offers an integrated SaaS security platform and CREST-accredited services including penetration testing. Prior to Horangi, Paul worked at Palantir Technologies across the U.S., Korea, New Zealand, and Afghanistan, where he was part of the US Department of Defense Counter-IED unit. Paul was also the Head of Information Security at Grab.
Linda Nguyen Schindler
ICE71, Programme Head
Linda is the Programme Head of ICE71 (“Innovation Cybersecurity Ecosystem at BLOCK71”) in Singapore. She was born and raised in Silicon Valley, and is an attorney by training. She also volunteers with primary and secondary students in Singapore, teaching entrepreneurial skills to inspire and prepare today’s youth to succeed in the global economy.
Leesa Soulodre
r3i Ventures, General Partner
Leesa is a General Partner at r3i Ventures, a female-founded early-stage venture firm with a portfolio of founder investments since 2011. Leesa has over two decades of experience working in cybersecurity and deeptech, as a Digital Director, Board Advisor, Startup Mentor, and operator. She has served more than 400+ multinationals and a plethora of start-ups in 19 sectors across Europe, the Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. Leesa has previously held senior roles at Telstra and Trusecure.

Right-Hand Cybersecurity, Co-Founder & CEO
Theo is the CEO and Co-Founder of Right-Hand Cybersecurity, a Singapore based company that provides a gamified SaaS platform to empower businesses to monitor, measure, and mitigate employee inflicted cyber risk in real-time. Prior to founding Right-Hand, Theo worked at FireEye as an APAC Business Development Leader and also at SonicWall as an APAC Sales Director.
