How to Align A Cyber & Business Strategy
With today’s proliferation of sophisticated cyber threats, conversations about cybersecurity have worked their way into the boardroom. Therefore, translating cyber risk into business risk is a skill that every CISO and cybersecurity leader must master.
But how can security leaders create a bridge between themselves and business leaders? What are the KPIs that make sense to both business and cybersecurity leaders? And how can those KPIs integrate seamlessly into an overall business strategy?
In this webinar, our guest speaker Steve Zalewski, former CISO of Levi Strauss & Co., will discuss how Security Leaders can effectively articulate business security risks with the board, secure budget, and gain overall buy-in from the top of an organization.
