We have officially launched our Managed Security Awareness Training (MSAT) partner program, built for MSPs and MSSPs. With this program, we look forward to leveraging our unique training and anti-phishing solutions, making the MSAT platform easy and profitable for MSPs and MSSPs to offer to their end customers.

The Security Awareness and Training market is growing rapidly and has become table stakes for organizations of all sizes and industries. The total addressable market for this industry is expected to grow to $10 billion by 2027 at a 19% CAGR.

And this growth won’t slow down because the human factor in cybersecurity is still the focal point of cybercriminals.  According to Verizon’s 2022 Data Breach Investigation Report (DBIR), 82% of all data breaches start with humans. And to defend against ransomware, phishing, and other types of social engineering attacks, organizations have realized that only relying on perimeter security defenses is no longer enough, and investing in the human layer of security is a must.

How does Right-Hand's MSAT Partner Program Work?

Our MSAT portfolio consists of Phishing Simulations to condition employees to be less susceptible to these attacks, a Phishing Report button that provides a real-time verdict if the reported email is malicious or safe, and Phishing Remediation to take action and quarantine legitimate phishing attacks at scale with a single click.

These anti-phishing capabilities are paired with a gamified, interactive, and bite-sized Security Training platform designed to measure and improve employee behaviors rather than just checking a box.

By providing our MSP and MSSP partners with a pay-as-you-go monthly billing cycle, multi-tenant management console, automation, and white-labeled offering, our partners have already implemented new SKUs to add to their portfolio to increase their monthly recurring revenue without increasing their operational costs.

To increase the value for MSPs/MSSPs, we believe that their unique personalized services offered to their end customers, plus a self-service, easy-to-manage multitenancy platform and simplified pricing model, will be an attractive package for prospective partners.

Here’s what our CEO Theo Nasser has to say about the program:

“Every MSP and MSSP we talk to is looking for ways to add more value to their end customers and increase their MRR without increasing their operational expenses and time allocation by managing ‘another tool.’  With this in mind, we’ve designed Right-Hand’s platform where our partners can implement a profitable model to reduce human cyber risk across their customer base without allocating the money and time demanded by alternative platforms.”
